About Lynn
My clients observe that I have a unique blend of being a no-nonsense person—I tell it like it is—with expertise, compassion, and heart.
I believe this comes from the diverse menu of personal and professional experiences and challenges that have comprised my life. After studying health science, criminal justice, and psychology in college, I worked in a range of jobs, from retail and court reporting to learning and development and human resources.
Along the way, I moved to New York City for a fabulous job in L&D and HR for the legendary toy company FAO Schwarz. I knew no one. I learned how to meet people, form strong relationships away from family and friends, and step out of my comfort zone—building my self-confidence and brand and becoming secure in who I am and what I want to do in life.

20 years ago, I took a leap of faith.
I started my own business in Strategic Coaching and Leadership Development. I traveled the world working with different cultures and companies, serving as a strategic coach to senior leaders and leaders at all levels.
A healthy lifestyle enthusiast and marathon runner, at age 44, coming home from a business trip, I went into cardiac arrest at the airport. I survived, married for the first time at age 50, and continue to honor what matters most in my life—family and friends, health, and service as a life-transforming coach.
