Strategic Coaching

Strategic coaching is a powerful way to develop leaders' self-awareness and skills and to expand their understanding of how they observe and interact in their world. 

The focus is on: 

  • Identifying your growth and learning edge—determine your personal and professional goals and aspirations, being a leader coach creating a high-performance team, and navigating the political nature of your organization, for example. 

  • Supporting and strengthening self-management, communication, and relational skills. You’ll practice new, more effective strategies and behaviors

  • Understanding the power of both mindset and feelings to affect your actions and achieve desired results. You’ll also increase your awareness regarding triggers, mind blocks, and habits that impede success.

  • How to effectively create your brand or re-brand yourself to level up your career and meet your career aspirations.

My 1:1 coaching process

My 1:1 coaching process is customized for each individual but incorporates:

  1. An Enneagram assessment 

  2. Identifying coaching objectives

  3. Creating a coaching plan

There’s always room in individual coaching sessions to delve into specific challenges my clients are experiencing in the moment. These can be terrific opportunities to deepen awareness, inner growth, and skill-building.

Strategic Team Coaching

Team coaching focuses on each person as an individual, as a team member, and on the team itself. Two priority aspects of our work are team culture and productivity. Culture refers to how team members relate to one another and whether they feel they can trust and depend on each other. Team productivity relates to how efficiently and effectively work gets done. 

As with 1:1 coaching, many aspects of team coaching are customizable and may include both the Enneagram and Strategic Shifts Program.

In developing a program for each team, I find out what they need to help them get where they want to go. 

  • What would success look like for your team? 

  • What do you want to accomplish? 

  • How would your team look different?

Often my clients are looking for a more high-performing, cohesive, collaborative team. Or they’re managing change, which many companies are going through right now—finding productivity, stability, and a supportive culture amidst hybrid teams, with people not all working in-office five days a week.
